Our final product manufacturing and packaging facility is located within the Fatsa District Organized Industrial Zone in Ordu Province. The facility covers a total area of 27,500 square meters, with 20,000 square meters being open and 7,500 square meters being closed.

Our production and packaging facility is located approximately 12 kilometers away from Fatsa and Ünye bulk cargo ports, and 120 kilometers away from Samsun, the nearest container cargo port.

We store high-quality bentonite raw materials, which we produce from our own licensed mines, in appropriate storage areas at our facility. These raw materials are then fed into the facility and dried until the water content of the bentonite, which contains approximately 30% water in its raw form, reaches a range of 5-12% depending on the characteristics of the final product that will be obtained.

Our facility has two drying ovens, each with an annual production capacity of 75,000 tons/year. In summary, our annual final product (cat litter, drilling bentonite, paper bentonite, cosmetic bentonite) capacity varies between 120-150,000 tons/year depending on the variety of products and packaging type.

The semi-finished bentonite raw material, which is fed from the raw material storage areas and comes out of the drying unit, is prepared for delivery to our customers by passing through screening, sizing, dust filtration, and packaging units in the ongoing process.

Our facility has a total of six packaging units, four of which are fully automatic and two are semi-automatic. Our various sizes of packaged cat litter and packaged industrial raw materials are carefully prepared in these units and supplied to our customers.

We do not use any chemical products throughout our entire process, from raw material production in the mine to production and packaging systems at the facility. The summary of our production process is to dry the raw Bentonite to an appropriate moisture content, size it, classify it, and package it for our customers' use.
